Start a Conversation

Posted the below in another forum - should have been this one. Any help is appreciated!

 

Not sure if this is correct forum to ask this though it does deal with an escort.......

 

Tried to start a conversation with a member who I've contacted before and got the following message:

 

You may not start a conversation with the following recipients: XXXXXXX

 

Has this member blocked all conversations or just me?

i just had the same issue trying to start a conversation. did you ever get an answer or figure it out? @willldo

I haven't seen that but my best guess matches yours - they've either blocked ALL private messages/conversations, or perhaps just you.

I looked at the privacy settings on my own profile and found the following under "Edit Your Contact Details"

 

• "Start Conversations With You" is checked. I can un-check it, which I presume would prevent others from starting conversations with me.
  
• Under "Start Conversations With You" is a drop-down that contains two values: "Members Only" and "People Who Follow You Only"
  

Sounds like the guys in question either un-checked "Start Conversations With You" or selected "People Who Follow You Only."

 

I suppose "Ignoring" a member would apply to conversations as well as posts in the public forum.
