Tried to start a conversation with a member who I've contacted before and got the following message:

 

You may not start a conversation with the following recipients: XXXXXXX

Has this member blocked all conversations or just me?

I believe the answer is "either." However, the best avenue for receiving definitive response is to post your question in the "Tech Talk" forum or to start a conversation with Guy Fawkes or one of the moderators.
