I have just come from seeing the films Testosterone and Bright Young Things(this was penance for seeing Vanity Fair and Without a Paddle-does any one else have a crush on either Seth Green-very short redhead,or Matthew Lillard-who looks like he has a 16 inch dick!)And was impressed with the production qualities in both-oh abd watching Antonio Sabato Jr,kissing anothyer mann whil almost nude wasn't toooooo horrid.

Bright young Things was not as hard edged as the book-Vile Bodies-it was a very entertaining flick

I recomend both of these films.

A cute redhead aye big guy! I have always thought Seth Green was a cutie, not really my type but a cutie. However, since my trip to Montreal I have been re-considering some red heads :-)

I had a chance to see Wicker Park and Cellular this weekend. Both are great movies with different appeals to the movies audiences. That young fella in Cellular was really good and lets not forget Kim Bassinger. Her role was really good. Not to forget the Londoner Jason Stratham was quite convincing as the kidnapper. He roughened up Kim Bassinger, it was quite interesting to see what his acting capabilites are like. Quite a departure from his performance in the Transporter. William H Macy gave a subdued performance. Not giving his all, but enough to squeek by with some interesting wit that he provided. The movie itself had some fun moments fusioned with the heavy bits of tension. Overall a good movie to watch.

I've seen Collateral once and I think by far this is the best action movie in the summer of 2004. Tom Cruise and Jamie Fox provided some good rapport. Completely opposites as actors but provided good character chemistry to make the movie worth while. Lets not forget Michael Mann, he brought out the best in the performances, especially in Jamie Fox

Bourne Supremacy is quite a movie in its own right. Matt Damon was really good. He was buff and provided a real focused performance. He's still a stud and he looks good on camera. I thought Brian Fox gave an alright performance. Nice to see Chris Cooper peppered into the movie at various times in flashback sequences.

Overall some real good movies came out of the summer of 2004. It should be intersting to see what fares on the big screen in the fall of 2004.

Agreed - BUT...... he never as much as took his shirt off!

Why do you think Hollywood is hiding this hottie's skin. We sure got to see a lot in The Talented Mr Ripley - more of the same would be nice.

Probably because he's a star. So he, or his agent, can now write in nudity clauses so he has to be paid a lot more to so much as take his shirt off.

Even alleged actors like Vin Diesel who's only real talent is their body have done this, so I wouldn't be surprised at all to learn that Damon does too.

Also saw CELLULAR this weekend and am now in love with Chris Evans, the star. Very watchable guy (at every angle it appears) and the director was smart to have our first glimpse of him in the movie shirtless. (You never see it again but since you already know what is under the shirt, you can get by with the memory and hope it will reappear later in the movie.) Very well paced film and worth the trip. Will definitely be watching for future Chris Evans' appearances. :9

You're probably right, but it seems kinda dumb to me. As an actor I would think that a bit of skin might equal more fans - but them I'm an exhibitionist so what do I know?

ResERECTION

Don't you love resurrecting old threads?

Sorry, couldn't resist saying that, since I know there are guys on here that just hate it.

Anyway,

I had a chance to view TESTOSTERONE over the weekend. Man, this is a well crafted film. The lead, David Sutcliffe, well, let's just say he pushes some good buttons, in addition to being a very natural actor.

Yes, there is one shot of Antonio's equipment (very brief...so don't blink). Leonardo Brzezicki is also very cute. The plot is very original and cleverly developed.

Sonia Braga is great as are all of the other actors really.

It's a funny, sexy, film. Imagine one of those chinese boxes that each time you open it, there's another smaller box inside.

This film had me surprised at almost every turn.

Now, to WITHOUT A PADDLE. I admit with guilty pleasure, that this film is part of my personal DVD collection primarily because of Green and Lillard (sp?). It's pretty funny, and kinda sweet in a way.
