Maelbeek is the metro station in question, Molenbeek is the suburb where one of the Paris attackers were tracked to.

Yes, it appears he has decided not to fight his extradition to France.

 

Question: Is there a formal extradition process between states in the US, or are prisoners just moved. Here there is a formal process.
