I know since 9/11, New York has been concerned about some kind of nuclear/chemical attack....dirty bomb or larger.....the city using vans roaming, trying to detect radiation but this little article shows more possible danger. Games wardens carrying radiation detection equipment?

My first thought when I read this was the same as yours. After thinking about it, I'm glad Texas is thinking ahead. If I was a terrorist, I would gain entry by a less-guarded area than, say, New York.
