Pure speculation but I would guess the Nat'l Ass'n of Broadcasters (Apr 18-21). Not only the largest expected attendance but the attendees come from all over the world. And it is several days long. Note that it is a "closed" conference meaning that it is not open to the general public. You have to be an invitee to get in. In the past interest in the event has been reflected by increased hotel rates. Especially rooms near the event (center Strip area). Supply and demand.
