You are right, but there is something about kissing (i mean really KISSING) another man that is so taboo in our society. In my childhood men didnt even hug. Growing up in the closet, kissing was more "queer" than a hand job or even a blow job. I experienced those as a part of adolescent exploration, but I was 72 before I KISSED a man: it was glorious and made me feel I was finally officially gay.
