It's a bit strange, as Rick's right on the money about the family resemblance. Perhaps he's a long-lost brother from a hidden motherly-milkman tryst?

 

This surely is fodder of Jerry Springer-esque proportions (... and don't call me Shirley). I'm sure at this point that Montel Williams would be demanding DNA testing. Only time will tell.
