I should have listened to the warning and should have passed. Set something up with Jockinthecity for last night, but he was a no-show. At his own hotel.

 

No problems setting up, and we had a brief conversation that gave me some confidence he wasn't a danger or a flake. He texted me early evening to push back a half-hour, which was fine by me. As per usual, I texted him when I left my place and again when I hit the lobby of his hotel - we'd agreed to meet in the bar for a drink. No response. Texted again 10 minutes later, no response. Skulked around the lobby for about another 20 minutes with no response, then left. A teeny, tiny part of me was concerned that he might have been left unconscious in a ditch, kidnapped by aliens, attacked at a Trump rally, but he's logged on to RM a couple of time since, so I assume he's safe. And a dickhead.

 

What a waste of a Saturday night and of a perfectly good Cialis ;-)

If you examine the three reviews on the website noted above, you find the first review to be highly negative: he did not look like his pictures and provided a poor service. One to avoid . . . .

I saw that and got some additional skinny from the poster of that review, who related a more disturbing occurrence than a no-show. (I'll let him tell that if he so chooses.) Based on those pics (which even the negative review said were accurate), the fact that his ad text sounded rational, and the pre-appointment phone call we had, I felt ok about it. Or at least my crotch did. Stupid, stupid, stupid. The only other time I ignored negative feedback from reviews or this forum, it was one of the worst experiences I've ever had with an escort (or even a non-escort in a bedroom). I shall never stray again.
