I bought $14 worth if scratch tickets today and won 210$. Last time I bought tickets was about 2006ish and won $500.

Congratulations. The most I ever won on a scratch-off ticket was $100. But, my father once won $10,000 on one of those tickets. Anything can happen.

The most I ever won, in an A&P collect-the-playing-cards game, was a 4-ounce jar of Ann Page Apple Jelly.

2. Participated in one at work many years ago. When one of my employees started spending 8 - 12 hours a week on it I ended the pool.

3. Pay off bills, invest some, reserve some for spending frivolously, and save the rest
