San Francisco recommendations

Hey guys, I'm going to be in San Francisco coming up, and I was wondering if there were any good places to see some hot guys and get a lap dance, etc. I'm hoping for the Swinging Richards experience or something. I went to Nob Hill Theater many years ago, but it was totally dead that night (it was a Wednesday however). Thoughts? Nob Hill worth a second look?

I walked by a few days ago and it was nearly deserted, though it was only about 3:0opm. They had some kind of big NYE party but I missed it.

Check out the website for the schedule of porn star appearances at Nob Hill (typically once every month or two months). Only then is it worth a visit. Otherwise the regular dancers are rather iffy.

Nob Hill Theatre has gotten quite a bit better than a few years ago, but is still hit-and-miss. Check the website in advance to see schedules and pictures. There are some bars in the Castro that have dancers, but no lap dances.

Do you have any recommendations of bars in the Castro that a good bit of "touchy-touchy" is allowed Are the dancers available for private meets?

My take when I visit SF these days is that Nob Hill is the only show in town. Yes, it is totally hit and miss and can be pretty damn dull. Aside from Victor (whom I adore,) most of the dancers are just so-so at best. Also, they seem generally to be the same 6 guys over and over again--very little fresh talent. If they have a porn star headliner whom you like, that could boost attendance and kick the energy level up a notch. Never seems to happen when I am in town. If anyone knows any other SF venues for cheap thrills, please weigh in. Or, for that matter on any outstanding escorts who do in calls? I have my eye on Steve Stacks.
