This is a real problem for some of us, as you can see for yourself at any gym that has gang showers. Try the Y. I've experienced all the problems you see in the YouTube video. I mentioned it to my urologist after they slipped out of my briefs and got painfully twisted. He recommended non-padded bicycle-style underwear without the optional cup. They look like boxer briefs with long legs. I had seen them in the locker room too and figured those guys were cyclists. Probably most of them are. What matters to me is I fit in. I don't think anybody looks, especially when some other guy is adjusting his mesh thong.
