I'm really Starting to think I am Addicted to Sex....Seriously Its ALL I think about. From Going to the Gym. To Checking out someones Ass at the Grocery Store. To Beating off to Porn on Average 4 Times a Day.

 

Is this Normal!? I know they Say guys Think about Sex Alot...but Seriously If I could...Pardon my French...Squirt...All day I would.

I think words like "addicted" "normal" and "healthy" are all appropriated by a certain culture. There are so many factors involved with sexual prowess and potency from genetics, diet and artificial chemicals etc. Certainly if you can't seem to get anything done during the day, you might want to consider toning it down a bit if at all possible. I think it's a far cry from a psychological/biological problem because you think about and/or want sex constantly.

You're at the height of your sex drive. Enjoy it and remember it's natural. Also enjoy the fact that you probably won't ever look as good later as you do now.

The term "addiction" is thrown around very loosely in our society and subsequently its used incorrectly. Rather than worry about pathologizing your sexuality in an attempt to understand your actions I would look towards culture and biology. Your in your early 20's which means your brain hasn't fully developed which effects decision making skills (impulse control) and your testosterone levels are probably pretty high. We also live in a hyper sexualized culture and as men who have sex with men, what a normal sex life for gay men in urban areas is like is far different than straight counterparts. Gay men as a whole live hyper sexualized lives which is neither good or bad but it defiantly skews our views of what is normal. Porn also skews our perception of normal sexual behavior, I know I am going to burst a lot of bubbles but when the pizza delivery guy shows up they don't drop trow and fuck your brains out....usually ;-)

For the record my Doctor said this was totally normal at my age(Whew!)

I am over 50 and haven't slowed down. My sexual drive is still strong and I do play quite a lot, quite a lot....an average of 3-4 boys a week. I just love sex, plain and simple. I don't want this to stop!
