Tonight I was poking around on my Rentmen profile. And I noticed it had me listed as 38. The program isn't done up to change as birth dates come and go. I'm a firm believer in truth in advertising so I quickly changed my age to 39. How embarrassing!

Hugs,

Greg

Which reminds me. There was a guy I saw in DC about 12 or so years ago whose age was listed at 23 (although I knew he was probably a few years older than that). This same guy still has the same ad, same photos and same age. I so want to call him out on it.

By the way, Greg, I thought you were younger than your present age.

No, I am happily 39. Although some days well acting my age is questionable. But in fun ways. I probably look a lil younger due to my dad's genes and I don't party and rarely drink.

I hope your birthday was great Greg!!

A question on this vid. The audience seems to laugh extremely quickly when Mel Blanc says 'Si'. If they were hearing it for he first time, I think it's a bit too quick unless it's a laugh track and not from a live audience. Was the Si bit a well-known gag (yes, I know it's a classic now-but I'm talking about what the audience knew back then) so that the audience knew some of what was going to happen (maybe from similar past bits or from Jack's radio show), or was it just that they knew Mel was hilarious.

I think it was a well known gag from The Jack Benny Radio Show. Also I believe during that time there would be "cue" lights to the audience to "laugh"

maybe turned on a bit too soon. Not certain.

Oh yeah Happy Birthday Greg. If you like 39 your gonna love 40.

Somehow I always crack up with that Mel Blanc routine. I had not heard it in quite a while and I was laughing before the audience did... And by the way, what did Sue do for a living? Sew... Sew? Si! There was also a skit where "sue" was used in the legal sense.

Also, to Greg... Enjoy thirty-nine in spite of the fact that the whole world will think that you are at least forty-four! I usually add five at a minimum. :)

WTF? Then what the hell are we talking about?o_O

Oh well your just that closer to 40 then. ;) or 41 if I am this confused?

Meant to say that RM doesn't correct a guys age. I was under the impression it did but doesn't. The escort has to do it on his own. I'm glad I caught it now rather than 3 years from now.

Hey now, lets not rush things. I'm not ready for mid 40's.

Greg, you are now the same age as Jack Benny. He was 39 for 41 years.

Hey! I'm conservative in such matters as I only add five! Some guys add ten! That would make you pushing 50! But either way you would look damn good for your age! ;)

After Benny had passed away, Joey Bishop told a story about him to Johnny Carson. Joey was visiting Jack and noticed that he seemed really down. When asked, Benny said he was worried about his health, particularly his diabetes. Joey said, "Jack, don't worry so much. My aunt had diabetes and she lived to be 80." Benny replied, "Joey, I am 80!"

Well get ready, hot stuff. They're coming for you and they'll be on you before you know it. But that's better than not getting there at all!
