He may have just forgotten to put those in the ad, as with his ad that says "Russian Joke" instead of "Jock". I've hired several guys who claim to be gay or bi, only to find out that they are mostly straight as I get to know them, and have been some of my best hires. I'm willing to give him a shot, and just emailed him to see how he responds.
