I'm not sure how Martina was able to keep it together. I was watering up just watching the intro. Also loved how Martina let the daughter shine and kept the mic just far enough from so you could barely hear her.

Yes, I am rarely home during the day and even more rarely watch Ellen, but I was and I did and I was moved by this as was any sentient being in the area. The girls vocals and the mother's pride and concern were very moving.

I'm sitting over here crying. Cancer is no joke. I survived after days and days in the hospital after surgery. I thought I would never have sex again, that was the worst part-- yet here we are ;) Then weeks and months of doctors appointments... So many people don't losing my grandma to lung cancer was the hardest thing ever... I wish I was like this little girl when I was going through it. Thanks for sharing this, this warmed my heart. <3
