Using my phone, your link led me to the mobile site where he doesn't appear. But I was able to load the full website where I saw his Italian ad.

 

But even aside from this puzzling ad, there is still another puzzle regarding him (?them) that has not been explained. Namely why are there two different sets of pictures-ie different guys- who have both called themselves DiscoBoy and have used the same phone number in the past?

 

The only answers I can think of are

 

1. They are friends or boyfriends and sometimes one is advertising when the other isn't. But they share a nom de escort and their phones.

 

2. It's only one guy. But for some reason he sometimes advertises with pictures that aren't his.

 

3. The two sets of pictures are total fakes. This leads to the question of whether the advertiser is close in physique to the guys in his ads or not.

 

All of the above then have the possibilities that the guy is a good escort except for the picture problems, he is not a great escort, or he is a total scam just trying to take your money.

That fact combined with the two guys, one phone number, different pictures issue means that the ads are fraudulent, period. If there is a competent, good looking escort available behind all this subterfuge (as suggested by the reviewer,) why doesn't he use his own pictures? No, not good, no way, no how.

There have been a few cases in the past where an escort has been unwilling to use his own pictures but was still hot-and was a good escort. The only one I can think of currently is Dario from DC. I think someone proved within the last year that the pictures he had on his Rentboy ad and still has on his Daddy's Review page aren't actually him. This had also been a complaint about him years ago when he had another set of pictures. I've met Dario although the last time was probably 4 years, and the pictures he uses seem somewhat similar in regard to body type-a taller leanly muscular guy-to how I remember him looking. Dario was only an ok escort for me. There are those here on the Forum, however, who love him.

 

Still in general I agree with you that someone advertising with fake pictures is generally up to no good, and not someone you should try to meet.

A case of reincarnation? Discoboy has resurrected his ad on Rentmen under the new moniker of Coolkid. http://rentmen.com/Coolkid

His ad copy is exactly the same. Pictures are different, although they certainly could be the same guy pictured in the previous ad, and I would be willing to believe that they are. Phone number is the same. The only picture that is traceable is the one of him lying on the couch with his butt in the air. That one pops up on a number of Tumbler pages as a favorite picture of the page owner, but the origin of the photo remains unknown--other than that it seems to have gotten around. I am not convinced that that picture is of the same guy as the other photos, but it really doesn't matter. The guy in the other pictures is certainly attractive whether that is his butt or not. Now here is a really interesting development. The pictures of the guy in the original Rentmen ad for Discoboy http://rentmen.com/Discoboy were identical to the ones for the Italian escort at http://www.gigolo.it/model_info.php?mID=7429&osCsid=24ddaf5d1db37cc7ed18c8a4c68d4657. No question about it. Only since I found the gigolo site a couple weeks back, the ad there has been changed--the pictures are the same BUT the eyes have been smudged presumably in an effort to disguise the gentleman's identity. This must have been done by the person who controls that page of that site. Coincidence? Hardly.

 

Possible conclusions: The pictures in the Discoboy ad, the Gigolo ad, and the Coolkid ad are all of the same person (the face and body are very similar.) That would mean that the person who posted the Coolkid ad had access to additional pictures of the Gigolo ad guy not found on that site. If the kid posting the ads on Rentmen is the same kid on Gigolo, he would have the ability to make changes to the pictures on Gigolo (obscure the faces,) although not sure why he would bother. The guy on Gigolo is offering services to women and couples, and he claims to speak 4 languages (not that uncommon in Europe.) The guy on Rentmen identifies as bisexual. The reviewer on Rentmen of Discoboy said his pictures were dated, but the kid was really handsome and distinctly muscular. It all fits.

 

I believe the pictures in the ad for Coolkid, a.k.a. Discoboy, a.k.a Boytoy (in Italy) are actually those of the person who placed the ads. In other words, I think the kid is legit.

Coolkid (formerly Discoboy) just got a review on Rentmen. The reviewer confirms that the pictures in the ad are fakes. RM published the review, but continues to run the ad.
