I was in hospital recently. A nurse, about to give me an injection, started laughing and commented that I have the smallest belly button she has ever seen. One more thing to be self conscious about.

Your photo suggests that your belly button is sexy-perfect! But if you like I could try to enlarge it with my tongue!

I had a hernia from lifting but it was on left side of lower abs. Had it removes but stitches weren't tight enough and woke to a bed full of blood at 4 am. Had it fixed.

 

Heavy lifting usually causes hernias. Not sure about gh and roids contributing to them but always a possibility.
