What is the Murray Hill Gang?

Murray Hill is a neighborhood in Manhattan...I believe the "Murray Hill Gang" name itself was coined here on the board a few years ago to describe various Eastern European "masseurs" setting up shop in that area of Manhattan, often in shared apartments and sometimes overseen by somebody.....occasional chatter about human trafficking, too.....it is not an organized group, but just a general term to describe these Eastern Europeans who deliver less than hoped-for results....lackluster massages, upsell efforts, occasional personnel swaps.....
