Changes to Rentmen

Hey Boys,

 

Just a heads up on some changes at RentMen I came across this morning. I uploaded some pics and they got moved to my private gallery. They are moving X RATED pics to the private gallery. Those consist of full nudes, hard dicks, ass, basically anything showing the waist to the knees. The private gallery is accessible to premium members. But of course there are ways

Junior, it seems to me that the text of all Rentmen reviews is no longer visible, just headline data points.

Signs of the times gentlemen! Instead of relying on every little detail being spelled out along with intimate customer feedback, we need to re-capture some savvy instincts and street smarts. Detailed ads and reviews are helpful, but some people use them too much and turn off their brains.

Sorry for going off topic a bit but I notice that for the last week or so, M4RN no longer has a link to any escort's fees. The tab now ALWAYS reads: "Contact for Rates" and opens an email form (through the M4RN system) for you to fill out and send.

Someone mentioned this in another thread. The supposed reason was to enhance interaction between the interested party (one of us) and the advertiser in question (one of them).

I agree with Jawjateck.

 

I'm forced to agree it's a sign of the times. But I don't agree it's a good thing. It may be a necessary evil. But we've all lost. We should all climb up on chairs and scream, "We are mad as heck, and we aren't going to take it anymore!!!"

 

If only it would do some good!!!

I just typed out the password to my gallery in the text of the profile. The last thing any escort wants is to be hit up a million times just to get asked their password and then never hear back. It's a haven for time wasters.

Right! Interaction enhancement! Many escorts would call it a pain in the butt!!! As I recall, the last time M4RN did away with showing fees, Mocha and a few other escorts complained like crazy until they put it back (if the escort wanted!) I am someone who hates to talk fees with a first time guy, especially in a M4RN email! Newbie clients might lose out too, if they aren't very subtle in their inquiries and the escort is afraid they might be NYC police or, heaven forbid, that D to the HS entity! :eek:

 

We all really know why they are doing this: to CTA, and these things will continue until the fear of possible retribution is no longer held over us!
