Rentmen.com search update?...New World Order

I'm guessing to protect themselves, you can no longer search sexual positions or safe sex practices anymore. While I don't blame rentmen.com for protecting itself, this is probably a death nail, for people like me, for two reasons.

 

1) Being able to filter out 'top only' guys was the main reason I used sites like it and rentboy. It's hard enough for me that 80% of the guys I've found sexually attractive ended up being tops only. Being able to bypass that help avoid being endlessly frustrated. Now I have to contact everyone I'm interested in one-by-one and have my expectation drop down bit-by-bit is to much.

 

2)The end of "safe only" is the end of having any safeguards for me. It was already enough having to 'trust' that someone who've marked themselves as "safe sex" wasn't guest saying it for business. Now that's definitely going to be the case for a lot more profiles. Whose not going to give the client the answer they want to hear.

Are you sure? I just checked, and I'm able to filter on top, versatile and bottom just fine. No box for "safe only", though.

It definitely wasn't there awhile ago. Hopefully the "safe only" box returns too. That equally important to me.

Yeah, I read in another thread that the site owner said they are still doing upgrades, at least till the end of the week. Could be that that is what making some things pop in and out of the interface.

I think they choose the wrong searches to get rid of then. The position are a big give away. I'd settle for code words.

By removing the filter on the escorts' preference, abilities, interests etc... it becomes more difficult than ever to decipher a choice (I want a guy who is versatile, BF experience, kisses, no drugs etc... -- now you get little or no info and just the price.

I just checked and yes you can still search those positions.

If you click on "preferences" on the search menu, a drop down appears with numerous activities. Check your preference and it will filter the profiles to reflect your choice. However, you can no longer see on each profile the list of "into's " that used to be visible.

The RentMen profile field indicating an escort's answer regarding safety has returned. It is now called "Safety."

Don't get twisted until you have a legitimate reason to get twisted. Because of the new influx, RentMen most likely had to do some significant system upgrades...and like when Microsoft updates your home computer, some bugs elsewhere may have popped up in response. Pop a Valium and relax....
