Do I tell an escort that I know he also advertises as a transvestite?

So how would you describe 'Caitlin'? Did Bruce make a full conversion? Does 'Caitlin' want to be attractive to other men, or to women? In fact, I wonder if some women - lesbians or other - would be attracted to MtF trans, if the penis is still intact. Do women visit MtF trans escorts (which most of them are, because of lack of job prospects combined with the need to pay or expensive surgeries and hormonal treatment). I find this all very confusing.

From what I understand, the majority of trans women wind up lez. The attraction to women does not seem to end. As for CJ, no one seems to know which way her orientation is. You have some trans women like TS Madison, Carmen Carrera, Laverne Cox, and Carlotta in Australia who transition & are attracted to men....

Caitlin Jenner would be described as being transgender. She might wish to be called "transgender woman," "trans woman," "MTF," "woman" (no modifier), or whatever else she chooses to call herself. Most of the transgender people I know through my work at the local LGBT center will politely correct someone who uses a term they do not care for when the term is not used in a derogatory way. However, I know a few who get very upset, even when a person is obviously not trying to disparage them. Likewise, I know homosexual men who indignantly insist upon being called "queer" regardless the tone used when calling them gay.
