Keegan Hirst. He recently separated from his wife.

He says he hasn't been 'on the pull' as a gay man yet which I'm assuming means dating or looking for a hook-up. He's 27 and 6'4" Something tells me he's not going to have too much trouble finding guys.

I suspect not, but I also suspect it will take him a little while to try. I sent him a tweet a few hours ago when I saw the first press report. Good luck to him!

He's a rugby league player by the way. Rugby and league are different sports to those of us who live in countries where they are played!

I don't know. I'm thinking that after he goes to his neighborhood pub and then when...

"He drinks a whiskey drink. He drinks a vodka drink. He drinks a lager drink. He drinks a cider drink"

He won't have many problems at all 'pulling' for gay guys.

I knew there was sport terminology that I wasn't understanding in the articles. They also called him a 'pob' which I guess is some position on a rugby team.

Being the kind-hearted guy I am, I think I'll make a sacrifice and be the one to introduce him to gay sex. I wonder if can get him to flex those guns of his.

I think that should be prop not pob, and if so it is a position on a rugby or rugby league team.

I'm sure he would be able to pick up right now (pick me!) but I'm less sure he would be ready to just yet.

I think he's a prop. From wikipedia.org:

There are two props, numbered
8
and
10
, who pack into the
front row
of the
on either side of the hooker. Sometimes called 'bookends' in Australasia,
the props are often the two heaviest players on a team. Primarily, in attack their size and strength are used for running directly into the defensive line, as a kind of "
" to simply gain metres.
Similarly, props are relied upon to defend against such running from the opposition's forwards. Prop forwards that feature in their respective nations' rugby league halls of fame are Australia's
,
and
, and New Zealand's
.

At any rate, I'm in lust.

Yep, me too. I note Gman's kind offer to introduce him to gay sex, but is suspect he is a top so that would not work to Gman's advantage. For me, on the other hand ...

Seriously though, good luck to him whatever he does!

But the fantasy ... his legs in the air, the kisses telling you he BEGS to be entered ... his whimpers as it happens ... his soft caresses ...

Maybe he just wants a change from the wham-bam he gets on the field [apologies for my not knowing the correct Rugby League term].

His legs in the air, my legs in the air, whatever!

Oh, and wham bam applies to both rugby and rugby league!!

Mike-please don't stereotype my new boyfriend, Keegan. As we all know, bottoms can be just as masculine as tops. Plus, you know how Keegan is in charge on the pitch all the time. At home he just wants to be relaxed and cuddled.

Please Gallahad-my boyfriend Keegan does not whimper.

Mike....what's the difference between rugby and rugby league?.....is one considered more pro and the other less so?....is one full of the better players and the other more what we'd call here minor league?....thanks

The rules are different, rugby has 15 players and league has 13. Rugby was amateur until 1996 whereas league was professional after 1908. Rugby League is more formal with six tackles then the ball is handed over to the other side (a bit like the 4 downs in US football), whereas Union is more fluid, with possession of the ball changing more easily. Both are now fully professional, so neither is minor league. Union is played in a whole host of countries but rugby league only in a small number, AUS, NZL, UK, Pacific Islands and to some extent France and South Africa.
