Possibly in Puerto Rico (San Juan) and Santo Domingo but not likely elsewhere, in my experience. (Even Key West is pretty thin and that is only the tip of the Caribbean.) Funny in a way, it (the Caribbean, that is) being such a holiday getaway, but there you are. On the other hand, if you're adventuresome, you can get some gay sex with the locals in places like Martinique and Cuba but you need to exercise a lot of caution. P.S It helps having a bit of the language (Spanish or French) in these places if you want to "go native".
