@Bart I agree, I have never contacted Mike much less hired him but the reports and reviews have been consistent and seem to confirm his descriptions of himself. His blog doesn't say what you want it to say? Get over it, it says what he wants it to say. His style of domination is appealing, that's not to say I will hire him next time I'm in NYC. In a perfect world of ads for gentlemen, they would be required to post new pics monthly in my mind but that is pure fantasy. We ask for wishes in one hand and . . . well you know the rest. This point aside, anyone who had a problem with Mike's pictures and the person they met should have posted in a review. That is the process around here. Trashing his blog okay, I don't know what that has to do with anything as far as escorting. A part of his business is the domination of a guy, that is a pretty specific role play scenario that Mike showed definite glimpses of when I met him I asked for something broad base so seeing this was rather exciting and want to pursue on a future meeting. This is not going to appeal to majority of clients out there. If this activity was not attractive to clientele I think Mike is smart enough to try another angle. He sure seems pretty successful to me. I can assure he has a much more vanilla approach if you ask, Oh that's right you would have to contact him and ask him. The bulk of the comments here are by people who have never contacted Mike. If you have questions contact him, he is very accessible by email if the phone scares you. Sniping is one of our most popular activities around here, a scratch here, a kick to the balls there . . . Could Mike post current photos on a more frequent basis, okay but really trash openly while his review page is filled with fabulous reviews. As to no face pic, there are tons of guys without face pics and we even have EOY's who don't show face pics, so again not a requirement to be a great gentleman. It is his choice if you don't like it than don't hire him. To trash him about is a bit farfetched.

I don't understand, its popularly technique to trash guys with lots of great reviews and statements like I don't trust the reviews. Well then you don't trust daddy but you trust an unsubstantiated post in the forum by someone who you never met and have no clue if they have ever hired anyone, wow that is such great logic.

I don't understand all of the uproar because it looks to me like the process worked. Based on the reviews and OLD pictures this would have been someone I very well might have hired (not because of his scene) but because I liked the pictures and I am very visual person with specific tastes when hiring. With all the positive reviews and people saying the pictures were accurate, I would have been confident in my decision. Not saying he doesn't have a great physique(per the new photos), but I would have been devastated to then show up for my appointment and find the guy I hired looked nothing like the guy in the pictures of the guy I thought I was hiring. My whole fantasy would have been completely shot, my time wasted, my money lost-- all because I was misled by old, outdated or misleading pictures. So for me- thanks for the warnings, and thanks for whatever led to this escort updating his pictures so I did not make that unfortunate mistake.

Sigh. I been away in China and could read these posts about Mike Masters, but not respond because of government fire walls but have been busting to chime in.

1. Mike Masters has a tumblr blog to display his interests, what turns him on, not what he looks like - for that go to his rentmen ad. He also has his boys post their, if you search on Master Mike, you'll find his stable boys' posts about him and their devotion to him. That isn't a professional site for him, though he is well aware that it potential clients will see it - and thereby see what interests HIM most.

While these are the things that interest him the most, as an escort he is the consummate professional - he really does view what he does as much sex therapy for men who neeeeeed something but can't yet find it outside of hiring, for whatever reason. one of the things that has always amazed me about him is that he truly loves his work and what he loves most about it is how he can transform the life of the client: either for just that hour or so, or even for a life time, by letting them explore the life they so far only had dreamed of. how many escorts are that compassionate? few in my experience.

I'm thinking otherwise. This discussion was quite appropriate for this forum, aptly named "The Deli." There was a lively discussion about a service provider and his ads. What's wrong with that? People offered opinions - there was no scratching or kicking as one poster stated - and I think any prospective client is in a better position to make an informed choice as a result. That, I think, is the purpose of this forum.

And as an aside, after seeing the newly posted pictures, I can also see the problem. The pictures Mike Masters was previously posting look like those of a totally different guy. As another posted mentioned, I too would be disappointed to hire based on the old pictures, only to discover that the man looks different now (not bad, mind you, just different).
