Wow...what a great way to make a point. I particularly liked this line:

I was at Publix yesterday....95* and sunny....a mini dachshund was locked in a red Toyota...as I was snapping a pic of the tag the owner came up and wanted to know what I was doing ...there were about 4 or 5 people gathering...he said he was only gone 5 minutes....I don't know how true....he was really shaken up....and promised not to do that again....I don't know if I would have smashed the window but did call 911...and gave the tag #....
