Putting aside the fact that this was not just about Canon’s private sexual “preferences” but about how he intentionally brought his biases into the gay porn industry, thereby affecting the livelihoods of innocent third-parties, there will always be people who defend racist stuff like this. Sadly, many discussions on this forum over the years, which you’ve alluded to in your post, only show that the queer community is not immune from the cultural/structural biases that permeate our society at large.
