Has anyone been to Rochester Spa and Body club? Is it worth going? Are there any bars with dark rooms or other saunas worth exploring? I am going to be in Rochester for a couple of weeks this summer.

Haven't been there in nearly 20 years, but the last time I was there, it was pretty much a wasteland. I grew up in Rochester and lived there again for a couple years in the 80's. It was so dead that I would often go to Toronto on weekends. A couple of times, I even flew. It was a 20-minute flight, but customs took an hour and then it was another hour from the airport to downtown, so it didn't gain me much.
