Was kinda nervous about posting details about a recent tryst but now that's it's done I kinda feel liberated!

 

Not my first hire but first review.

 

What was your first review? How'd you feel to see Daddy post it? How many guys did you hire before finally chiming in and sharing the review?

Good questions! I'm almost positive that my first review was of Justin Baylor way back in 2004. However Daddy's not showing it and says that Justin's first review was in '05. Maybe I don't remember exactly- though I certainly remember Justin! So (literally) fucking cute!

 

It was a thrill to see my review posted. At first it seemed crazy scary since I was describing an illegal act. But I liked helping him out and letting others know how terrific he was. I had hired perhaps 3 before then. Not sure why I waited. Maybe was afraid of being found out.

Started hiring in 2000. Posted my first review in 2002. He was probably my 6th or 7th hire. His name was Jaysen and fun fun fun. Hunky, passionate, 30-something versatile stud. I hired him 3 or 4 times before he moved on from escorting.

 

I began writing reviews to give back to the community because of the help I had received from the Hooboy website. In the early years, every review I used to make a hire was spot on, but that is because I studied the reviews alot to figure out which reviewers were credible. A few of them are still around.

My first review was my first hire. I was more nervous about having to provide contact information when submitting the review than the review itself.

 

I had planned to submit a review for each hire, but ended up not doing that.

My first review was on the Hooboy's site for an escort who had a bit of controversy. When my review appeared it got flamed in the forum as another first time reviewer for this escort. Some of the elder statesmen on the site shit all over me for not suiting their agenda.

 

I really didn't feel like my reviews meant anything until I had three or four.

I haven't written a review yet. So if I decide to do it, I will come to the forum and state that I would be posting my first review and hopefully having been an active member it would bring some credibility to my review.

My first hire was my first review. I was totally blown away by the experience. The guy had a fifth floor walkup apartment in NYC with a totally equipped dungeon. You name it he had it! I felt as though I was in a porno flick and I was the star! I recall walking down all those steps after the session and my feet went through every step as if I were walking on air. I also felt as if I could fly.

 

If I write any more here, it will be a rehash of my original review, and reviews are not allowed here! However, you get the general idea!

 

Incidentally, I did not join the forum until many years after submitting that review. I did not even realize that this place existed until a year or so after that first hire. I then lurked for a few more years prior to joining. Consequently, I have no idea what anyone might have though about that first review by a first-time reviewer.

I have to come clean here and confess, I wrote my first four reviews with great calculation, reviewing escorts who were already acknowledged as excellent providers by the majority of trusted posters on the forum. My first review was for Dane Scott, then in Chicago, now in Palm Springs, my second review was for Andrew Justice, my third for J.C. Cortez (sadly retired) and my fourth, Raul G. Manzo! My goal, besides giving additional praise to some very fine escorts who already had many, many great reviews, was to achieve that label of "(5 or more Reviews)" at the end of each of my future reviews! I had read so many heated discussions here, after I first joined, about whether or not 1st- or 2nd-time reviewers contributions might be the most trustworthy or legitimate.

 

Of course, my original reason for deciding to hire each of these excellent four escorts was due mainly to vetting each and every one of them using Daddy's review site and the forum discussions of the positive experiences other forum members shared here. Writing each of those reviews was a real pleasure for me because I got to share some of my best escort experiences about wonderful men I still hire to this day! Thus by achieving my goal of having the label of '5 or more Reviews' I could then feel reassured that all my future reviews would hopefully be perceived by readers as sincerely as the actual intent was behind my posting of each!

I love this question as it brings back some fond and funny memories. I first discovered this site sometime in the mid 1990’s when Hooboy was alive and running it. I lurked for a while and then timidly ventured into posting occasionally on some of the forums. I vividly remember being verbally crucified by some of the old time members when they disagreed with me – the cat fights could and did get bloody at times but damn they were fun as long as you had thick skin. During that period I did not hire because I was still teaching school and was afraid to jeopardize my job and pension if discovered – yeah I know just a bit paranoid.

 

About a year before I retired I discovered the escort I wanted to hire. I kept my eye on him and when I retired in June of 2002 I spent three months in a gym losing weight and firming up the aging body. In the fall of that year I contacted my escort of choice in San Francisco, set up an appointment and made reservations at the Stanford Court Hotel, which I had been told was a fantastic hotel. I flew into town for my first man to man sex and my first escort hire with a stomach full of butterflies. My one and only disappointment was the Stanford Court Hotel. I was expecting some gorgeous place with a beautiful lobby and wonderful rooms – not the case. As far as I’m concerned it was and still is an overpriced nothing hotel. Now my experience with my escort hire was a revelation. After a nearly a lifetime of dreaming about having sex with another man I could at last say it was far better than I ever dreamed. Our own Steven Kesslar opened up a whole new world for me and I will forever be grateful which is exactly what I said in my first review of him on this site.

 

In conclusion let me say that I agree completely with jawjatech regarding the need to repay this site, for what it did for me, by writing reviews so others might benefit as I did. I lost count ages ago of how many reviews I have written but I will continue to do so as long as I continue to hire. The reviews here have been a huge plus in my life.

The first review I wrote was about Steven Kesslar as well, I think sometime in 2000 on Hooboy's site. I had hired a few guys over the decade prior to that, but if a review site such as this or Hooboy's existed at that time I wasn't aware of it.
