I thought the first ad was legit, especially since he gives Atticus' Twitter. Am I being naive? I'm thinking of punting just based on the total lack of imagination. And the fact that, with the few edits he did, he managed to miss the typos. (Yeah, I'm that guy.)

 

Mostly it just made me giggle, but, still, WHY? These things aren't dissertations or anything.

Not necessarily a red flag. I know of a popular escort with several reviews on Daddys (he's not advertising at the moment) who admitted to me he copied part of his ad because he read something he liked in another escort's ad. It was only a sentence or two. So it wasn't as if he copied the other guy's ad completely. And believe me. Aside from that one or two sentence copying, the guy was totally real and on the level.
