Actually, when most guys advertise a full service playroom it's really their bedroom with a couple of floggers hanging on the walls. I doubt that his twenty-something guy has much more than that. His ad states:

The "pretty cool playroom" translates to " I have an air conditioned bedroom with pretty curtains on the windows". Also I have no idea what "medical.crdress" references. Otherwise he has access to some sort of play room and most likely for an additional fee. I'm guessing that's the hook. Just a guess though. Perhaps others can fill us in. If not...
