Why would he advertise in San Francisco's backpage of all places?

Part of the mystique of Sean Cody was how tight-lipped the site and their models were, but over the years, it's been acknowledged that Sean Cody models are required to be exclusive to the site and not allowed to escort. So it's possible that Teddy thought a Backpage ad would be less visible to the powers that be at Sean Cody than a Rentboy ad (and note that he doesn't advertise his connection to Sean Cody, which would surely be a huge selling point if he wanted to command top dollar and attract business).

 

I hope this ad doesn't blow his chances to do more scenes at Sean Cody. He's easily the best new top in over a year.

You have a point, maybe that's the case... I've had a few escorts asking me NOT to post a positive review about them.

Adam4adam and backpage are ways for them to go under the radar.
