He's had an ad up for a few weeks. Searching on some of his pictures brings up an instagram account. It's pretty clear from IG that he NOT as straight as his ad seems to claim. However, he does seem to be a veteran and in reasonably good shape.

Are you referring to the pic where he is wearing a red cap and the mirror has some sort of stuff on it? If so, he is holding a paper towel and bottle of window cleaner. My guess is the "stuff" is (or is supposed to be) cum and before he cleans up the mirror he is taking a picture to demonstrate the size of his load.
