I've inquired with PJB before and got an email back in a little over a day. I haven't actually gone through with making an appointment, though.

Made an appointment with the a few years ago and it all worked out fine.

 

Did not like that they did not have a phone number to talk to a person to make the arrangements.

I actually have gotten a reply (once)....but when I emailed the specifics (date, time, Location etc.) I GET NOTHING!!!!!
