While we don't have enough information yet to know for sure if this is the culprit, I'm relieved that an arrest has been made and that it may not have the connection to escorting that we'd assumed it might.

Messerschmit posted an ad on Craigslist soliciting responses from other men on February 9, the day of the homicide, according to charging documents. It appears Jamyra Gallmon used the email address chrissanchez0906@yahoo.com to reply to Messerschmit's ad and was in touch with Messerschmit intermittently from 1:58 p.m. to about 7:30 p.m., police said.

 

Caveat emptor, if a hot guy from craigslist wants to F&*^%#@# you for free, it's too good to be true or he simply wants your money.
