How to Search Images: Help for Clients and Escorts

Hi Guys:

 

A quick conversation with Nvr2Thick got me thinking that the greater group would appreciate the knowledge that he shared with me on how to "search images" to see if there are other copies on the web of the same picture. This is handy for clients to see if an escort is using his own pictures, for example. This is also helpful for escorts to see if their pictures are ending up in other places on the web (other escorts using them, being used on other social media, and the like).

 

From Nvr2Thick's answer to me: "It's easy when you're running the Chrome browser. I just right-click on the picture and a menu pops up including the option to "Search Google for this image"."

 

For those of us not using Chrome as their browser, Google has another option for you with this link: http://www.google.com/insidesearch/features/images/searchbyimage.html

 

And another slick solution came up with this website: http://www.tineye.com

 

In playing around with them, the last option seemed the easiest to use, IMHO.

 

Many of you may already have known this or there could be an old thread that addressed it, but it was news to me and thought I would share.

I've used Google Images (the drag-and-drop method) for a couple of years, the last few months with the Chrome browser, and never knew I could right-click within Chrome and search on an image. Much easier than using the Apple magic trackpad to drag and drop. My finger invariably slips and I have to start over again.
