I'm skeptical as well. He has a couple of years of experience yet no reviews? He is connected enough that he's worked on the sets of TV and fashion shows yet he's now advertising on massagem4m? At any rate, I don't know why anyone would pay to purchase a guy's photos since most guys have plenty of photos available for free online, but I do suspect that this ad is simply trying to find people who are titillated enough by the promise of Nate's nine inches to buy the private photos and/or video.

One way to find out -- call him and see what happens. Sounds phony to me, and I'm not about to take this bait.
