Just thought I'd comment here.

 

I would be hesitant to hire an escort on a holiday only if I thought the escort didn't want to work on that day. I might suggest it as a possibility, but also suggest other dates around it and see what the escort would prefer - that'll often give me an indication if he has plans or doesn't want to work that day.

 

For example, I wanted to hire around Christmas, and I did...last weekend...which was close enough and counted as the holiday for me. No plans for New Years, but I'm thinking of something more directly on for Valentine's Day and perhaps my Birthday when it rolls around unless other things develop before then - we'll see.

 

As for why someone would hire on a holiday, I'm sure it depends on the person. Some people probably just do it as something fun, new, or exciting to do. Personally (and not to be dramatic but to be honest), I do get lonely and depressed around the holidays, and since I am alone right now in my personal life, spending some intimate time with someone means quite a bit to me and brightens those days. *shrugs* So if you can have a better holiday by hiring, why not do it?

 

I suppose it's perfectly valid to call that motive a little sad, but at the same time, a lot of people have trouble around holidays emotionally...so it's certainly not isolated. (And in many ways, the ones who are ABLE to hire are lucky...I consider that one fortunate thing in my life - I'm very lucky to be able to see escorts from time to time, at least right now.)

 

I guess it's all a matter of perspective.
