I've seen people requesting to be milked. I must confess that I'm not sure exactly what is meant by that. I have a feeling it means different things to different people. Initially I thought it was just jerking off someone, but I gather that it is more than that. So, folks, what is your experience with "milking" and what makes it better than anything else for some?

To me, milking refers specifically to milking of the prostate. Massaging of the prostate anally typically results in release of fluids, thus the milking.

"It is a descriptive term used for the process of relieving the body from a build up of seminal fluids in the prostate gland. The fluids are discharged in such a unique way that involves a massage and no orgasm is attained. Thanks for the answers, guys. I had read somewhere about milking that seemed to involve the ball sac that sounded unpleasant to me. Makes me wonder when people request milking, what they really want. But I'm pretty sure they don't mean what Unicorn's pictures show. :-)
