For what its worth, a Google image search revealed his images have been used only in his ad. As is typical, the search results include some ad text. Although the link is valid and displays the ad you referenced above, the search result text states his name is Johny. Not sure if this is a bad sign. I agree, the photos depict an adorable guy, if the photos are his.

 

On another issue, someone should suggest to him that he rearrange the wording in his ad. Particularly this part:
