It could be a sign that he's lazy and didn't think of it. Could be that he gets a thrill out of raw sex. Maybe he wanted to provide you with more pleasure. You should ask him what, if anything, motivated him.

 

Escorts do not act with a single mind. You can't generalize their behaviors. Some escorts take safe sex responsibilities very seriously. I have never not used a condom during sex either with an escort or when dating. Its too risky.
