I am not sure if is a problem for some of the other escorts but this has been happening more and more often with potential clients. Please don't take this the wrong way but when contacting an escort it is very very helpful if you include in your email when (time and date), where (your place or the escorts place), and time. Lately I have been getting very brief emails asking me if I am available. No specific date, time or place. I and I am sure most anyone else can't really fully answer an email if specifics aren't mentioned. Ok I've said my peace. Hope everyone is having a good week so far.

Hugs,

Greg

It often happens that you see an escort on a site which may be several months old etc. Or, you are interested in seeing an esocrt but having seen any ads recently. So you are wondering first, if you can even contact him, and if so, is he available. This may not have been the situation you describe, but, it happens.

I'm not an escort, but I can relate a bit to the frustration. On a meeting men site I've tried out (unsuccessfully I might add - lol), there's this guy who lives about an hour away (city is all I know...and apparently he's only there on weekends), and he occasionally sends me this short little e-mail in the evening about meeting (that night) without telling me ANYTHING about himself or his intentions or even where he wants to meet. After replying politely each time (this has happened three times at this point I think) and saying I'd like to find out a bit more about him and his intentions first...and receiving no reply...I've given up - seems pretty scary to me.

I've also had one annoying experience setting something up with an escort where he never gave me much in the way of replies (just the bare...bare minimum), but I almost wish that HADN'T worked out last minute as it turned out to be a scam in the end anyways (LOL).

I've never understood people who want to meet someone (a date or an escort) and give no relevant information. Of course, then again, I tend to inadvertainly write books instead of e-mails, so there you go. LOL. =oP Since I'm not near enough to most escorts to arrange anything without travel first anyways, though, I suppose I need to write a bit more to get that across.

Seaboy, you must get used to the idea, also, that a great many of those who contact you are merely window-shoppers. Treat them respectfully, and a majority will eventually "come on inside." It seems like a waste of time, perhaps. But if I, being a lowly retail sales clerk, can endure the indignity of dealing with someone who has a million questions and then, after all my efforts

says "Well, thanks. I'm going to go check out Home Depot.", then I think you can also.

In my experience i've found that it costs me nothing to be nice to people (I admit it's taken me a few years of therapy and a prescription for antidepressants to come to that conclusion). But the rewards are... well, few. On earth, anyway.

I'm sure you'll be rewarded in Heaven.

The comic strip Pearls Before Swine has been great this week, with Rat working at an information desk in a bookstore.

Anyway, while we're on this kind of thing, may I ask potential clients to please always include my working name, or the word "escort" or something like that in the title of your emails? There have been good clients whose first emails I have almost deleted unread thinking they were spam. Which also means that there have been potentially good clients whose first emails I must have deleted unread, thinking they were spam.
