Lots of the acrobatic stuff is for show and doesn't work in the real world. Either your bodies don't fit together properly or it doesn't feel nearly as good as they might imply onscreen.

It makes perfect sense.

 

In the 'sandwich position' the middle guy does most of the work, but gets most of the pleasure too ... the best of both worlds.
