Clover Clamps Part Two:

 

Remember that Japanese Clover Clamps are not just for nipples only!

 

In fact they are also known as Japanese Sewing Clamps and especially when working with delicate fabrics such as silk. Here is an illustration of how one is used to make a French seam.

However, they can be used to clamp a variety of materials and in a variety of situations. For example, they can stretch fabric and hold it in place to dry after fabric has been dyed. They can also be used to hold swatches of fabric in place to sew when fabricating kimono quilts. In addition, the Japanese have used them to hang fabrics to dry in the wind knowing that the force of the wind would only result in the clamp increasing its grip on the fabric thus insuring that it would not be dislodged no matter how strong the wind would blow. Something to ponder for those who don't use an electric clothes dryer. Along those lines Japanese fishermen use them to hold sails in place as well.

 

Obviously they are quite versatile. Since they can be applied almost anywhere, and given the fact that most of us are not into sewing, here is something to try over the weekend!

Yeah! The crowd is really into it and that is part of the fascination and what makes things so plausible. Now regarding the guy who is being worked over, it indeed looks as though more than one guy in the crowd would want to trade places with him. Either that or possibly to be one of the doms. There is something about being in public that gives one a rush. I have volunteered to be flogged at street fairs and other situations, but on a scale of 1 to 10 my experieces so we're probably a 3 compared to what this guy had to endure. Still, the fact that one is being put on exhibition is part of what gives one the fortitude to endure what is being dished out. Conversely when being the Dom in a public setting it seems to give one an extra feeling of authority.

 

In any event, at my stage of the game I probably would be better at being one of the doms. I did get some personal instruction from Master Avery regarding Florentine flogging. I'm certainly not as adept as he is at it, but I can do a reasonable facsimile.

I found that GIF quite a while back and reposted it from the archives of this thread. At the time the website from which it was taken identified "your husband" as Daddy Zeus and having never met the guy (plus in all his videos it was only his hand wearing his infamous black glove and usually wielding a flogger or other torture device that was ever shown) I believed that which I read. I have absolutely no recollection of the original site from where that GIF was culled. It only proves the old adage to believe none of what you hear (or read) and half of what you see.
