I'm just curious to know what are the conditions that an agency will hire a new escort? That is; do you think the agencies require regular HIV and STD tests of their employees if you will? and for them to prove it on a continuing basis? i would hope so.

There is a true/false test on wardrobe, a multiple choice test on penis size and a battery of psychological studies to see if you are suitable for Jerry Springer. I know the agencies in DC certainly don't conduct any type of test what so ever. It would be comforting to think that since an agency is somewhat more legitimate and accountable than an independent escort, therefore you could count on their boys being more dependable/trustworthy/safe, etc.. Unfortunately, it ain't so - at least not here in DC. Some of the worst escorts in the city work for agencies.

About a year and a half ago there was a big debate here on agency owners or prinicpals "knowing" their guys. A couple guys thought an owner was simpley treating himself to free sex when checking over a new candidate.

 

In my opinion, it is a basic truth in business that you know all about your business in order to market your business products to other people. Therefore, I expect and want the owner to know "all about" his people when I call.

 

Secondly, that is why many of us wind up doing repeat business with a particular agency. The agency gets to know our needs and desires and, because they know-their-employees, their recommendation for an appointment usually is fabulously successful.

 

For one night stands in a different city, I'd first try to size up an agency that people here have used there. And, I'd be much more careful with what I do with the appointment -- I'd approach rimmmmming cautiously, and, certainly would probably not suck on any spent cock, flopping it back and forth an around in my mouth with the taste of cum all over the place.

Yeah, there is ONE TEST that all agencies apply to their escorts, that being the test of whether an escort can MAKE MONEY for the agency. I suspect that would be the only test that counts in the agency owner's mind!
