Camera phone in locker room

The cops busted a guy at the gym trying to take pictures in the locker room with his camera phone. He was "acting" as if he was talking on his phone but he was secretly taking pictures. I saw him couple week ago and thought it was odd he was using his cell phone in the locker room since its in the basement and nobody gets decent reception. I warned a buddy of mine who is a professional athlete and was there at the same time. Turns out, this dude had been trying to get a clear picture of my friend for weeks. Great body, small cock. Anyway, my buddy got very suspicious after a few days and notified gym management and his professional team. The team notified the cops and set up a bust. The "suspect" had over 2 dozen pics of my friend but they all were bad shots (since my buddy was on the lookout) and not showing any ass or cock. On two of them, I was also in the picture although my back is to the camera and you can't really tell its me. I have no idea what charges will be filed or if I will be contacted. Damn, if I only knew he was actually taking pictures, I would have turned around!

When I worked in Russia we had much more sophisticated methods for photographing people without them knowing it.

This was actually on the local news not long ago. Many gyms are banning cell phone use in ALL areas because of picture phones.

I'm quite shy in locker rooms, but I think I would be thrilled if I found out someone was trying, for their own entertainment, to sneak a picture of me.

the only laws i've ever heard of concerned secret/ undisclosed audio recording....will be interesting to see what the charge is

Connecticut just passed a law against secret photography (I'm not sure on the definitions or details) after someone was caught taking pix of the boys' swim team at the high school pools in my town and some of our neighing towns.
