I didn't really notice that, but maybe that frontal bulge is pulling him forward. Maybe a qualified medical professional could help relieve that bulge :-)

He should have had better professional help in producing that workout video. He had a much better voice when he was speaking with Ellen... all in all, he is one fine specimin, and would love to have him as a personal trainer, even if he is married !!
