Anyone had dealings with Nakedsword.com

A friend of mine was in a porn move some time ago, and I wanted to watch it, so I purchased a viewing of the movie from Nakedsword.com

 

I never could get the movie to download, and after about 5 e=mails back and forth, they finally fixed the problem on their end. This has been going on about 3 weeks. The last e mail I got from them said they fixed the problem. Something about the password they sent me didnt work. So, I go to the site today, and I log in OK, but when I try to watch the movie, they want to charge me again for the movie.

 

Now I am working on a refund. It was only about 15 bucks, so its not really about the money. I just hate being ripped off.

 

Anyone else had problems with this site??

I've subscribed to Nakedsword for several years. They are continually expanding their base of movies and, recently, they have rennovated the site. This indicates to me that it is well managed and they intend to be successful.

 

Nonetheless, they seem to have their technical difficulties, especially when compared to PayPerView at BadPuppy, for example. Some days are better than others for some reason. It is important to have the correct internet speeds. In the past few weeks the site seems to be working more reliably.

 

Tit for tat, for me its been worth the bother. They introduce new movies all the time and certainly have selections that would appeal to any tastes or aspiratiions.

 

Hopefully, they can get the technology to a platform of excellence so that their delievery will equal their excellent intentions reflected in their Library. You're correct, from time to time they do need work.

I agree customer service is really slow. They eventually solved my issue though.

 

I can't comment on your downloading problem. When I use the site I stream online. For the most part that has gone without too much difficulty.

 

I have to agree about the large variety of movies they feature. And with the Falcon titles access to some otherwise impossible to get on the net stuff.

$15 dollars to watch a movie online? In any large city, you can probably find a porn movie rental place that will charge you less than that. I know that you can in Houston.

The $15 must have been a one time promotion fee.

 

I still support their getting the best server, etc. technology for the type of investmentand commitment they appear to be making. Its a nice site.

FYI, I just checked their site. The first month fee is $39.95, and then $34.95/month thereafter.

Thanks for the correction. However, what with my clients and my lover, I don't have sex time or energy to watch many movies any more. With my current level of consumption, in my particular case, it looks like it would be costing me more like $70.00 per movie. }( However,it does sound like a pretty good deal for hot men in other circumstances.
