Hey PK, they have Fallon’s head super-imposed on that body. If you look closely toward the end of the vid they go to a long shot from the audience perspective and you can see that Terry Crews is actually shirtless but Fallon is wearing his usual full suit!

Now that I am looking at Jimmy Fallon's head rather than those tasty dancing pecs, I can see that his head is not attached to that body. the body dances right and the head comes off the neck.
