have read the several threads about this Jason Sparks gang, but I still don't know - exactly - what the negatives are.....does somebody else end up showing up?....is there a la carte pressure to upsell at the meeting?....or what??....

Sparks is very business-like and runs the show. I didn't ask for an outcall and they seem to have an incall model. It seems very assembly line. Sparks is originally trained as an engineer. I've opted not to do a return engagement.

I wouldn't touch Jason Sparks with a 10-foot pole, after learning about the way he operates.

 

And for the same reason, wouldn't patronize his "road show."

 

Which, right now, is a damned shame ... because all three guys in those links above are HOT!

The complaint was he acts like a stereotypical pimp. I think Xander either said or implied that Jason supplied his coterie drugs ( I might be wrong about this point). He controls the money and is not above kicking someone out of the stable leaving them without resources. I don't know the veracity of any of these claims.

I assumed that the incall-based model was about controlling the money, as well as the guys. I've never entirely understood his business model. Even if you mostly visit places with few escorts, some of them fairly large cities, there's still a lot of overhead. The stories about guys being stranded seem to be about money which adds to my skepticism about how well he holds all this together financially. The website is erratically updated and I understand he often cancels live shows--I'm guessing that the web isn't a great revenue stream. Perhaps, he's like Roy Cohn and structures things so everything is a business expense.
